Our food is catered by award winning chef who has been serving the international market for the last 25 years. We have separate kitchens for Vegetarian and non vegetarian food, where our chef takes a traditional recipe, adds his own special touch of creativity and prepares it using authentic cooking techniques. Appetisers include such delights as Tandoori Broccoli: broccoli florets marinated with ginger, carome seed, cream cheese and spices grilled in a clay oven. For the main course try Malmali Kofta: homemade cheese balls in a rich sauce flavoured with cardamom; and Chicken Chettinad: a hot and spicy tender chicken cooked with freshly ground black pepper, chopped onions, tomatoes and Chef’s own blend of freshly ground spices. Whatever you choose you’re sure to enjoy the exquisite flavours brought to you by Panna’s catering.
Of course, you don't have to take our word for it, you can try the food for yourself either by visiting Panna's restaurant or by arranging a food tasting for the menu you require. The beauty of using Panna's Catering is that you not only get fabulous food, but you get flexibility as well. You can discuss your menu with Ali and once agreed, you can sit back knowing that the food is taken care of and it will be superb.
Whilst we are known for our Indian and Chinese cuisine, please don't think that that is all we can offer. We are equally at home offering European food! If this is more to your taste, just ask and we will arrange a food tasting of the menu you require.
